@ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

On Thursday, Sept. 17, EAP is hosting a virtual reception for our students to have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Paty Romero-Lankao and ask her questions about her fascinating research and career. Dr. Romero-Lankao is a senior research scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in joint appointment with the University of Chicago’s Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation, where she is a research fellow. From a behavioral science perspective, she examines the interactions among people, mobility, the built environment, and energy systems, as well as their resilience to disruptive events. Her full bio is here.

Dr. Romero-Lankao will be presenting at the Weston Roundtable at 4:15pm the same day (click here to read her lecture abstract and register to attend the Weston) — we encourage you to attend that as well!

EAP students received an email with a link to join this reception on Zoom. If you did not — or if you have any questions — please reach out to Colleen Schmit, EAP Engagement Coordinator, at ckschmit@wisc.edu.
