David Abel

David is a Principal Research Scientist at NextEra Analytics. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Wisconsin Strategy (COWS) and the Holloway group at the Nelson Institute Center for Sustainability and the Global Environment (SAGE) at UW–Madison. His work at UW–Madison focused on policy-relevant analysis of energy systems, air pollution, and public health. He earned his PhD in Environment and Resources with the EAP certificate in 2018.
