J. Paul Kelleher

Paul Kelleher is Associate Professor in the Department of Medical History & Bioethics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds an appointment in the Department of Philosophy. He received a PhD in Philosophy from Cornell University, and was a post-doctoral fellow in the Program in Ethics & Health at Harvard University. Professor Kelleher works in areas of applied ethics and political philosophy that have a bearing on health policy (broadly construed). Specific interests include: public health ethics, climate change ethics and economics, justice and health care, and rationing/priority-setting.
